Isothermal and Refrigerating Bodies
The box bodies have been designed for transportation
of goods that require permanent temperature management. The body
itself as
well as the insulation comply with an international agreement
concerning transportation of short shelf life foodstuffs, and
special vehicles designed for their transportation (ATP). All
materials used in the body comply with valid hygienic and veterinary
regulations
-
Typ SN 2
- its structure consists of a steel skeleton, its walls and
ceiling are insulated, its floor is made of sandwich panel,
its skin of acrylic sheet or GRP foil, its inside jacketing
of natural aluminium sheet, its insulation properties meet an
IN category under ATP, and bodies fitted with a cooling unit
meet FNA category under ATP (temperatures of between +12°C -
0°C).
-
Typ BOX 2
- the body is composed of sandwich panels made of insulating
material, its inside and outside jacketing is made of GRP foil,
its floor of sandwich panel, its insulation properties meet
FNA category under ATP (temperatures of between +12°C - 0°C).
-
Typ
BOX 3
- the body is composed of sandwich panels made of insulating
material, its inside and outside jacketing is made of GRP foil,
its floor of sandwich panel, its insulation properties meet
FNA category under ATP (temperatures of between +12°C - -20°C).
Bodies Designed for Transportation of Meat on Hook
The
above listed bodies are also designed for transportation of meat
on ceiling hooks fixed in ceiling rails. A standard body has a
rear two-wing door and its floor is made of plywood. Modifications
of the standard type such as a reinforced floor, a cast floor
surface, a side door (a side door is impossible for ATP certificate,
IR and FRC categories), floor grip rings and rails are provided
on request.
